Bet on England

The World Cup build up has begun. England polo shirt, check. Jeans, check. Tickets, check. Passport, check. Hair gel, double check!

The road to Germany 2006 for England went with a few close shaves (razors, check) but its plain sailing from here on in. But now it is time for the boys to do the job.

There will be a few parties at home, and in Germany, to celebrate England's victories (clean under pants, check) and a few hangovers as well (paracetamol, check). And if they make it to the final on July 9th a few sick days being called-in on July 10th. It really makes me think, when I have shirts older than Theo Walcott travelling with me to Germany, that this young England squad can do something special. So its "Zwei Bier Bitte" and "Come on England!"...
